China•Shanghai Tower

Project Background

The Shanghai Tower is a super high-rise landmark skyscraper in Shanghai. The main building is 124 floors, with a total height of 632 meters. Its design height exceeds that of the nearby Shanghai World Financial Center, and it deserves to be the tallest building in China and the third tallest building in the world.

Project Requirement

As a landmark building in Shanghai, there is a particularly high demand for video surveillance, which not only needs to meet the transmission distance requirements of ultra-high floors, but also to solve the interference problem of complex elevator environments, in order to achieve high-definition transmission of elevator network video.

Transmission Solution

After testing multiple network transmission solutions such as fiber optic/network cable/Ourten Ethernet Extender, the construction party ultimately chooses Ourten Ethernet Extender as the final reliable network transmission solution for elevator video monitoring.
