Project Background

EWS One Midtown, located in Moti Nagar, Delhi, is a high-end residential project featuring multiple high-rise towers. The tallest towers reach up to 42 floors. The development boasts spacious apartments with modern interiors, high-quality finishes, and excellent natural light.

Project Requirement

The project involved installing a multimedia screen system in elevators to improve the living experience across the residential towers. The existing fiber optic cables in the elevators were already occupied by other systems, and rewiring would have been complicated.



Transmission Solution

By using the Ourten Ethernet Extender OT-PLC302, they installed the multimedia screen system by utilizing the existing spare 2-wire in the traveling cable. This approach avoided the need for new wiring, reducing cabling costs by 60% and lowering labor costs.
