Project Background

Mani Vista is a high-end residential development located in Kolkata, India. The project includes several modern high-rise towers, with the tallest reaching up to 36 floors. Designed for luxury living, Mani Vista offers contemporary apartments and premium amenities within a meticulously planned community.

Project Requirement

The project involved upgrading the elevator video surveillance system to enhance security through IP transmission. The previous system relied on wireless transmission, which over time became unstable, leading to packet loss and delays. To ensure the safety of residents, a more reliable solution was required that would provide stable signal transmission.



Transmission Solution

Through using the Ourten Ethernet Extender OT-PLC302, they achieved stable signal transmission. The project was completed efficiently, saving 50% of time and reducing labor costs. This approach utilized the existing 2-wire infrastructure to enable effective video transmission, ensuring stable and high-quality video feeds throughout the system.
