Prestige Finsbury Park Hyde offers a luxurious living experience in Bangalore, India. It spans over 15 acres and includes high-rise towers ascending to 21 floors. The project offers modern living spaces and advanced amenities.

Project Requirement

The project required the rapid implementation of a reliable video surveillance system for their elevators, with a focus on minimizing construction time and reducing labor costs. Additionally, the system needed to ensure clear and real-time video transmission without delays or packet loss, guaranteeing continuous and reliable monitoring.

Transmission Solution

To accelerate the project timeline and reduce overall construction time, they deployed the Ourten Ethernet Extender OT-PLC302. This device utilizes the existing 2-wire traveling cables, eliminating the need for additional wiring, significantly reducing construction complexity and time. By using the OT-PLC302, we not only sped up the installation process by 50%, but also considerably lowered the labor costs associated with the project. This efficient solution ensured that the video surveillance system was operational on time while optimizing overall efficiency during the construction phase, providing the client with a value-maximized solution.
