The clarity and stability of security video surveillance images are important standards for testing project quality. Once the signal is disturbed, the image quality will be greatly affected.
Analog Monitoring Screen:
As shown in the above picture, due to the influence of its grounding system and spatial radiation electromagnetic waves, when the signal cable passes near some high-power equipment, horizontal stripes similar to rocks will appear in the image. There are many types of patterns, such as wave patterns, black and white horizontal patterns, wood patterns, etc. Severe patterns can directly submerge the image, causing the video to be unable to display.
Solutions:
1. Use anti-interference devices. The anti-interference device adopts frequency shift and frequency modulation technology to modulate the signal to high frequencies and avoid interference frequency bands.
2. Add shielding to the cables. In areas suspected of interference, metal pipelines and cable trays can be installed to isolate cables from interference sources.
3. Separate power supply for equipment. The emphasis here is on independent power supply, which allows the power supply to filter out clutter interference first and avoid power frequency crosstalk caused by high-power switching power supplies.
Ping Packet of Network Video:
Network monitoring video images are evaluated based on the communication quality of data packets, and normal data packet communication should have low latency (<50ms) and low packet loss (<1 ‰).
As shown in the above picture, the video transmission uses a wireless bridge. By ping the packet data, it can be determined that the signal has received certain interference. The network video has high picture delay, severe packet loss, and the video is stuttering and frame loss. In severe cases, the screen displays no video and the recording is incomplete
Solutions:
1. Check the network structure. Take a step-by-step investigation to determine the source of the fault.
2. Focus on investigating the wireless transmission areas, and try using replacement methods for each network port and connector.
3. Check if the structure of the switch is reasonable? Does the throughput meet the requirements? Is port isolation and area division normal?
4. Fiber optic communication is used in areas with harsh electromagnetic field environments.
Overall, the video image effect of network video surveillance is better than the analog video image, if appear the interference issue, using the correct methods will quickly help to troubleshoot.
